Portraying inspirations from Alebrijes, mythical creatures born out of the fever dreams of Mexican folk artists, the Nike React Vision Shoes feature a surreal design and showcase a variety of innovative materials and construction techniques for a distinctive DIY aesthetic. On this multicoloured edition, the sail tone seamless mesh uppers provide ventilation and are enhanced by pops of light orewood brown and coastal blue which have been added through an outlined printed Swoosh tick on one side, an iridescent heel clip and suede patchwork eyestays. Adorned with D/MS/X branding to demonstrate the shoes place within one of Nike’s newest creative projects, extra-tall pull loops sit at the top of the ultra plush tongue and on the back of the heel to assist with entry whilst the heel clip protects a key area and adds a 3D element for a futuristic look. Throughout the inside of the shoe a soft fabric lining has been added for comfort in addition to a Nike React foam insert that provides protection from impact. The white rubber outsole has a sculpted design with textural rubber pods that add traction and durability.
